The purpose of Radiance's "Color & Cut Stimulus Plan" to help the unemployed get a job. If a person is collecting an unemployment check, Radiance will professionally color and/or cut their hair for free. The intent of Radiance Salon and Medi-Spa is to give an unemployed person an attractive hair color and style to prepare them for job interviews.
