It took me a while before I could decide on a theme for our ceremony and reception party. I checked on three different themes, beach, garden and country western. But I also considered having a traditional wedding. Destination weddings also sounds like a great idea. I thought about the tropical shores of Hawaii or the excitement of Vegas might be a great idea. I would love a tropical island wedding. But then I thought about all the people that would be disappointed that they couldn’t be there, and I had to toss that idea in the dumpster.
Then I thought about a winter themed wedding. But since we were getting married in July, that just didn’t seem appropriate. I wanted a wedding fit for a king and queen, and what better way to do that then with a storybook wedding. There were plenty of fairy tale accessories and ideas to work with for the perfect story book wedding. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So this was final. We can declare a royal wedding.
I went online and found fairy tale invitations that I could send out. Next I started checking out all the wedding accessories and reception supplies I would need. I picked out floor length dresses for the girls in my wedding party, and found an exquisite gown for myself. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. I could feel all eyes on me as I walked down the aisle, and half way expected them to bow to their new queen. Our wedding ceremony was more beautiful than I could have hoped for. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. Rose petals were falling all around us as we were leaving the church. Outside we climbed into a gorgeous horse drawn carriage to take us to the reception hall.
Our reception was a total success, with all the storybook accessories, it looked like the inside of a castle. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very lovely wedding favors for our friends and family. I even found the perfect favor boxes to put each themed wedding party favor in for our guests. There were so many accessories to choose from to help with our storybook reception. I decided on little coaches for place card holders and the gorgeous place card holders that looked just like Cinderella coach. I couldn’t have pulled this off without the wonderful accessories they have for fairytale weddings.
Some of our guests commented on the themed décor and told us what a great time they were having. One of our guests stated that she’d never seen such a gorgeous ceremony as ours. I know I was impressed and it was my wedding. I’m so glad that I chose this theme and found so many accessories to help me make it happen. I wanted today to be as special for our guests as it was for me and my new husband. I made sure their wedding gifts were of a storybook theme, just like our wedding cake and other accessories. I wanted our guests to leave with something that would remind them of this special day. A special something to remind them of sharing this very special ceremony with us.
I had a lot of thank you note to take care of when we got back from our honeymoon. There was even thank you notes available in storybook theme. I wonder if we could do this again for our anniversary?

Making the right choice when it comes to wedding party favors
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009An Unbelievable Birthday Party Invitation!
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009The first thing I did when I decided to give my girlfriend a bridal shower was to put together a list of everything I was going to need for thte shower. Goal number one was finding a birthday party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. I hit the jackpot there. The prices and selection were both better than I expected. The price I paid on some things were almost criminal. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. They had all kinds of invitation cards, from general party invitations to specific ones, like wedding party invitations.
I found some darling place card holders for the party as well, among other things. Another item I picked out for the bride was a sign-in book for guests so that she could keep track of who gave her what gifts easily. There was also a cute idea for a place card holder that I really liked. Pink lilies adorned the place cards I picked out, and each guest received brightly-wrapped candies in a small plastic purse. When placed on the tables at the shower alongside the gifts and things, they looked cool You should see all the cute litte favor boxes you can get for just about any ocassion you are planning on celebrating. The boxes I selected had floral designs, and I piled them neatly on a cake platter and set them on the table with all the presents. Every person at the bridal shower took a gift from the platter, and it looked classy that way. As thank you gifts I decided on manicure sets for everyone, and I bought a few extra gifts as prizes for the party games we were going to play. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty keychains.
There were plenty of proposals for bridal shower games on the web as well. There was a real funny one called ‘Take It Off ‘ where everyone puts a paper bag over their heads and then the hostess tells everyone to remove one article, and you’d be surprised how many ladies don’t think to remove the bag. It’s comical to watch that game unfold, and it’s a good way to see just how smart your friends are. There are other mirthful games that we did, like bridal bingo. I’m so glad I thought to browse the internet, else wise I wouldn’t have gotten such great deals and accessories. The favors and invitations I bought were a bargain. I paid a fraction of what I had expected, I had lots of accessories to choose from and I didn’t have to go with inferior products. I had to tell the bride to be all about this website I go to, because they have an awesome selection of wedding invitations and favors too, and I thought she should know about it. Getting her things for the wedding here will save her money and give her some great ideas to work with. The shower was a hit because of them, I know that much. The attendees all adored their presents and had a wonderful time. Now that the party is over, I’m filling out the guest thank you cards thanking them for attending. Which, by the way, I also ordered online. With all the web has to offer, I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party.
Custom Wedding Bells Favors!
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009There was the sound of wedding bells, the tossing of rose petals, and the traditional run for the limo while friends and family cheered us on. That was the type of wedding ceremony we had. There was such a wonderful collection of accessories to help plan our wedding and make our ceremony so perfect. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.
Starting with the invitations and ending with the perfect little thank you gifts, they had it all. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. I also ordered from this fantastic choice of accesssories, the ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket, which came as a set. It was a beautiful satin garnet color and included a wedding guest book, pen set and wedding garter. All five pieces of wedding accessories at a very reasonable price.
They also had an aisle runner I really liked, so I ordered that to my list of wedding supplies. The process of selecting the wedding bell was really a great one. After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. I really liked the idea of the bell ringing.
I didn’t just order things for my ceremony, I also ordered everything I needed for our reception too. There were all kinds of wonderful ideas for our wedding reception. I wanted to make our reception tables sparkle, so I ordered as much crystal as I could get away with, starting with crystal champagne flutes. I ordered special flutes for us that said bride and groom on them, and beautiful twisted stemmed flutes for all of our guests. As an extra wedding favor for our friends and family I decided to choose bell weddings.
There were so many lovely accessories, that I really wanted to buy them all, but that would have been going a little overboard on the décor. We gave out glass coasters as wedding favors for our friends and family. They were specially designed with a calla lilie on each one. I found the perfect little silver favor boxes with thank you tags to package the wedding favors in. The silver favor boxes, along with all the other accessories on the tables, really added to the décor. There were also some very unique centerpieces on our reception tables, made up of flowers and candles, that I bought online.
The wedding cake we had set up at the end of the reception hall was really spectacular. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. I really fell in love with the cake topper I bought, with it’s attractive little ribbon made into a bow at the bottom of the heart with calla lilies added. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding and reception. We had so many photos of the wedding ceremony and reception that I went back online and ordered a second wedding photo album. There were several pictures of us cutting the wedding cake and feeding that first piece to each other. There is the most adorable picture of our little flower girl dancing with the very elegant ring boy, our bride and grooms first dance together, and all of our guests having a great time on the dance floor.
I’m so glad everyone had such a wonderful time, and I received so many compliments on the decorations of the wedding and reception. I told my husband that I would really like to do this again someday for one of our anniversaries, and he agreed that it’s a good idea.
Wedding Bell Decoration!
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009You could hear the wedding bells ring as we headed for our limo, with our guests yelling their good wishes and tossing rose petals our way. That’s the way our ceremony went. There was such a wonderful collection of accessories to help plan our wedding and make our ceremony so perfect. There was everything for to pull off the perfect wedding ceremony and reception.
From the wedding invitations to the wedding favors for our guests, they had everything. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. I found a lovely ring pillow and flower basket set that I also ordered from them. It was a beautiful satin garnet color and included a wedding guest book, pen set and wedding garter. Five items bought as a group, that cost a lot less than you would think.
There were a lot of other items I ordered too, like my lovely aisle runner for the church ceremony. The process of selecting the wedding bell was really a great one. As soon as the wedding ceremony ended and we were leaving the church all the guests rang their little bells in celebration of our union. It was really a unique idea.
I bought accessories online for our reception as well as our ceremony. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted our reception tables to shine with elegance, so the first thing I ordered were the crystal toasting flutes. I ordered special flutes for us that said bride and groom on them, and beautiful twisted stemmed flutes for all of our guests. As an extra wedding favor for our friends and family I decided to choose bell weddings.
I could have bought every gorgeous item they had on their list, but I think I would have been overdoing it just a little. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. They had a lovely calla lilie design on them that was absolutely beautiful. I found the perfect little silver favor boxes with thank you tags to package the wedding favors in. The silver favor boxes, along with all the other accessories on the tables, really added to the décor. On each reception table was a centerpiece I made up of lovely flowers and some very elegant candles.
The wedding cake we had set up at the end of the reception hall was really spectacular. Three tiers of luscious chocolate and cherries with a gorgeous wedding cake topper as the crowning glory. I decided on a beautiful heart with calla lilies and ribbon as our cake topper. Everything at our reception turned out to be perfect. With all the tons of wedding pictures we had, I finally had to order another wedding album to store them all in. There were several pictures of us cutting the wedding cake and feeding that first piece to each other. There were also pictures of our first dance together as man and wife, our guests on the dance floor and an adorable picture of the flower girl and ring boy dancing together.
Our friends and family told me they had a fantastic time at our reception and that they think I did a spectacular job in planning the wedding décor. I told my husband that I would really like to do this again someday for one of our anniversaries, and he agreed that it’s a good idea.
Custom Wedding Silver Bells!
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009There was the sound of wedding bells, the tossing of rose petals, and the traditional run for the limo while friends and family cheered us on. That’s the way our ceremony went. The wedding ceremony was so beautiful and everything turned out just like I wanted it, thanks to all the super accessories I was able to get. With all the exceptional accessories and supplies at my disposal there was no way this wedding and reception wouldn’t be a success.
Everything from the lovely invitations to the fantastic party favors for our guests was in their wonderful collection of wedding supplies. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. There was a gorgeous flower girl basket and ring pillow among all the accessories that I decided to buy for our ceremony. It was a beautiful satin garnet color and included a wedding guest book, pen set and wedding garter. A five piece wedding set that wasn’t very expensive at all.

The silver favor boxes, along with all the other accessories on the tables, really added to the décor. Making the right choice when it comes to wedding favor ideas
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009I debated a long time before deciding on what type of wedding ceremony and reception I wanted to have. I checked on three different themes, beach, garden and country western. Then I thought maybe I should just stick with the traditional type of ceremony and reception. Then I found out about destination weddings and that one got me thinking. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? The islands of Hawaii would definitely be my first choice. I soon put that idea to rest, there are too many people on our guestlist for a wedding like that.
There were other ideas too, like a gorgeous winter theme ceremony. But a wedding in July just didn’t seem like the right time to do a winter theme. I decided to go with the last, but not least of the wedding theme ideas, and have a fairy tale ceremony and reception. With all the accessories there are available, I could have the wedding of my dreams. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So I finally made up my mind. Cinderella and Prince Charming were getting married.
I had no problem finding the perfect wedding invitations online. Then I started choosing my wedding and reception accessories and supplies. I bought the most beautiful wedding gown I could find at the bridal shop and had my bridesmaids and little flower girl in exquisite floor length dresses, all with tiaras. The groom (my prince) and all of the groomsmen and ring boy wore tuxes that made them all look so elegant and sophisticated. When I walked down the aisle towards my husband to be I really felt like I was royalty. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding ceremony. All of the gorgeous décor only added to the beauty of our ceremony. As we were leaving the church, everyone tossed rose petals and cheered us on. We were driven to the reception in a horse drawn carriage, just like royalty.
Our reception was a total success, with all the storybook accessories, it looked like the inside of a castle. I had no problem when it came to the decorations or the wonderful wedding favors I had for our guests. I even found the perfect favor boxes to put each themed wedding party favor in for our guests. I was amazed at all of the themed accessories there were for our fairy tale reception. I decided on little coaches for place card holders and the gorgeous place card holders that looked just like Cinderella coach. They just have everything I could possibly need for the perfect fairy tale wedding and reception.
Some of our guests commented on the themed décor and told us what a great time they were having. One of my guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony she’d ever been too. If I do say so myself, it was quite spectacular. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. Since this was a special day in my life, I wanted everything to be special. Everything at our reception was in a fairytale theme, even our cake, so I wanted themed wedding gifts too. I wanted our guests to leave with something that would remind them of this special day. I wanted to give them something they would look back on with fond memories.
I had a lot of thank you note to take care of when we got back from our honeymoon. Would you believe I even found fairytale thank you notes for everyone? I wonder if we could do this again for our anniversary?
When you’re looking for a wedding favor…
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009It took me a while before I could decide on a theme for our ceremony and reception party. I checked on three different themes, beach, garden and country western. But on the other hand there is a lot to be said for tradition. I also thought about a fantastic destination wedding. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? The islands of Hawaii would definitely be my first choice. But then I thought about all the people that would be disappointed that they couldn’t be there, and I had to toss that idea in the dumpster.
Then I thought about a winter themed wedding. But since we were getting married in July, that just didn’t seem appropriate. So I decided to go with every young girls dream of marrying a prince, and chose to have a storybook wedding, just like in the fairy tales I read as a child. There were so many accessories and reception supplies to help with my fantasty wedding. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So this was final. Cinderella and Prince Charming were getting married.
Through online shopping I found lovely story book invitations. There were also plenty of accessories and supplies to pick out for my storybook wedding. I bought the most beautiful wedding gown I could find at the bridal shop and had my bridesmaids and little flower girl in exquisite floor length dresses, all with tiaras. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. As I made my way down the aisle to my handsome prince Charming I felt like I was living a dream. Everything about our ceremony was exquisite. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. As we were leaving the church, everyone tossed rose petals and cheered us on. Instead of a limo, we had a horse drawn carriage waiting outside.
There were accessories that helped me to make our reception appear as elegant as a king’s castle. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very lovely wedding favors for our friends and family. I even found adorable boxes for each and every wedding gift. I can’t believe all the accessories I was able to get for my fairy tale reception. They had storybook champagne flutes and little coaches for place card holders. I couldn’t have pulled this off without the wonderful accessories they have for fairytale weddings.
Everyone had a fabulous time and I received a lot of compliments on the décor. One of our guests stated that she’d never seen such a gorgeous ceremony as ours. I have to admit, it was quite special. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. Since this was a special day in my life, I wanted everything to be special. I made sure their wedding gift boxes were of a storybook theme, just like our wedding cake and other accessories. I felt that a momento of this special day would mean more than any other gift I could give them. I wanted to give them something they would look back on with fond memories.
As soon as we returned from our honeymoon, I got started on all the thank you notes I needed to mail out. Believe it or not, I was able to get thank you notes with a fairytale theme. I wonder if we could do this again for our anniversary?
I LOVE these Wedding Champagne Flutes!
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009A wintertime theme was my idea of the perfect wedding theme, so we got married in January. A wedding built around snow and ice can be wonderful, and there are plenty of items you can obtain to make it happen. Presents, invitations, reception supplies – you name it, there are all sorts of things out there for any type of wedding decor. We went with a cool blue and silver look to our ceremony. Our altar had replica snowflakes next to the unity candle and other candles, which all had a wintry look to them. It really was a gorgeous wedding ceremony.
All of the reception tables had red table runners and white tablecloths. I had beautiful white orchids in gorgeous silver vases for our centerpieces and they went so well with the winter décor. Our reception place card holders were ornaments that looked like little snowballs. They double as both card holders and ornaments, and they do a charming job at both. Everyone one received toasting flutes and champagne bottles favors from us as a token of our appreciation. As thank yous, champagne flutes are hard to beat. All of our tables were magnificently set up and shined with all the glitter and glamour of the winter time. We had a wedding cake with three layers; underneath it was a cake stand in the form of a sled, and above it was a cake topper made out of porcelain in the form of a snowflake. Our cake serving set was also a winter themed accessory I found while shopping online. Small snowflakes in shades of blue and white were on the handles. Perfect for our themed reception and the handles matched with the winter wedding guestbook and pen I picked out.
The artwork on the the cake serving utensils and the guestbook was identical to that on the champagne toasting flute, and they all looked brilliant. The other things on our wedding table went perfectly with them, and they were designed with a wintery blue and white look with snowflakes mixed in. Actually all the tables were exquisite and our guests were very happy with the wedding favors and place card holders they got to take home with them. We got our flower girl a necklace and we we let her keep the small crown she wore in the ceremony, and she was pleased with both of them. The ring boy thought the ring bearer tee shirt and stainless steel yoyo was pretty cool. For my bridesmaids I chose tank tops with bridesmaid written across in in crystals and for my maid of honor I picked out a maid of honor shirt and a crystal bracelet. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. He bought a best man mug and a neat pen set for the best man, and everyone else received a battery-operated digital clock. It was pretty obvious by the way everyone was laughing and dancing that they were really enjoying themselves at our wedding reception, a quite a few of them thanked us for the lovely gifts we had bought for them as wedding favors.
Everything at our wedding and reception was fantastic and I owe it all to the wonderful selection of accessories and supplies I found online. We also saved a little money by shopping online, with all the discounts and wholesale items they had to choose from. I not only found things for our wedding, but they also had items I could use on our honeymoon. We got a ‘Do Not Disturb’ pillow to hang on our doorknob, along with hats and shirts for newlyweds. We got plenty of use out of that pillow.
