Since, I had made up my mind to use the storybook theme, it was time to find my accessories and reception supplies. The first thing I bought was the wedding invitations for our guests. Then I started choosing all of our decorations and other wedding accessories. I wanted everything to look as Cinderella like as possible. First I needed to get the decorations I wanted to use in the church. Tulle swags were draped from each row of pews with a bow of satin pinned on each end. Our unity candle had tapered candles in storybook holders on each side of our storybook unity candle, and several flowers in vases placed around the altar.

I also had a unique fairytale wedding guest book for everyone to sign when they entered the church. I couldn’t have dreamed a more perfect fairytale ceremony than the one I had. Our little ring boy and flower girl were adorable and did such a super job at the ceremony. As anyone knows, when Cinderella and Prince Charming married they didn’t leave the castle in a limo, they rode in a carriage, and that’s what we did.

The reception hall was really spacious with all the wild flowers everywhere and the decorative tables all set up with crystal and silver. All the tables had crystal champagne flutes with storybook designed stems. The place card holders on the guests tables were adorable little castles. I also got the idea to purchase little carriage favor boxes and fill them with candies for each guest at their tables.

Even though all of our reception tables were gorgeous, our wedding table was the most breathtaking. It was a table fit for a king and his queen. At the end of our wedding table, was the wedding cake table, with our beautiful five layer cake and astonishing storybook topper. They have everything where I bought our reception supplies, even the perfect wedding cake topper in a storybook theme for our gorgeous cake. I saw a divine wedding knife in a storybook theme with a very decorative handle. I really liked the wedding cake knife set, so now I wanted to make everything else perfect! The set made a nice addition to the wedding cake and topper decoration.

As soon as the bridal toast and the best man’s speech was over, my husband and I had our first dance as husband and wife. We chose our favorite song, “I Swear” by all for one, as our first bride and groom dance. Once we were done with our wedding dance, the other couples joined us on the dance floor. I’m glad I bought the  fairytale photo album to store my wedding pictures in, because I’m going to have quite a few of them to treasure. Our guests let us know how much they appreciated the storybook wedding favors we had for each of them.

Our wedding and reception was truly unbelievable and I know now that fairytales can come true.
